Establishment of harmonized requirements for the transport of dangerous goods by road. Chapter 1

Statistics on road accidents (crashes) with wheeled vehicles intended for the transport of dangerous goods have been collected and analysed. Proposals have been developed to reduce the severity of the consequences of such accidents. Recommendations are made on development directions for the purpose of improving road safety.
