On weak law of large numbers and Lp-convergence for weighted random variables

In the present paper, we consider a sequence of the weighted random variables, which include the sequences of martingale differences, and establish the weak law of large numbers and the convergence inp L under some weaker conditions. Based on a general normalizing function that satisfies some specific conditions, we extend the weak law of large numbers for general random variables.

Abstract

In the present paper, we consider a sequence of the weighted random variables, which include the sequences of martingale differences, and establish the weak law of large numbers and the convergence inp L under some weaker conditions. Based on a general normalizing function that satisfies some specific conditions, we extend the weak law of large numbers for general random variables.
