Erbium Dopants in Nanophotonic Silicon Devices for Photonic Quantum Technologies

We implemented coherent rotation and single-shot readout of single erbium spins in nanophotonic silicon resonators. Further measurements allow determining the spin Hamiltonian and investigating the spectral diffusion and optical coherence of these emitters.
