A User Centric E-Commerce Platform with Flexible Deals and Discounts and AI for Inclusivity
This paper aims to create a user-centric e-commerce platform that uses AI technologies to create an inclusive and personalized shopping experience. The platform integrates dynamic discounting strategies based on user behavior, purchase history, and preferences, offering personalized deals tailored to individual shopping habits. It allows sellers to create various discount structures, such as time-sensitive offers, loyalty-based discounts and quantity-based deals, which can be automatically updated based on user activity. The platform also focuses on inclusivity, incorporating AI-driven features to enhance accessibility and personalization. Machine learning algorithms analyze diverse user data, catering to a wide demographic, including disabled users. The AI system provides product recommendations based on user preferences and helps sellers analyze market trends and competitor pricing. The platform prioritizes data privacy and ethical use of AI ensuring secure processing of user information. This project addresses the growing need for accessible and personalized online shopping experiences, setting a new benchmark for future ecommerce systems.
