Optimizing Requirements Engineering for Sustainable E-Learning Systems
The evolution of e-learning platforms has transformed education, offering flexibility and accessibility. However, their long-term success hinges on robust Requirements Engineering (RE) practices. This paper explores optimizing RE for sustainable e-learning systems, focusing on a comprehensive approach that addresses immediate user needs and ensures long-term adaptability. It emphasizes the importance of RE processes— elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation— in designing systems that support educational goals and adapt to changing requirements. By integrating sustainability principles and focusing on adaptability, this research aims to enhance the long term viability and impact of e-learning platforms, ensuring they remain effective in a constantly evolving technological landscape.
