Intelligent Financial Wellness Ecosystem: IoT-Enabled Personal Finance Management with Deep Learning Insights
IoT and CNN are used to construct a sophisticated personal money management system in this research. Real-Time, data-driven insights and tailored suggestions would transform financial management with the suggested solution. Financial data on daily expenses, utility use, and lifestyle behaviors is gathered using IoT devices. Smartwatches, smart meters, and smart home systems provide continuous and detailed user activity tracking, offering a large dataset for research. Accuracy and relevance are ensured by careful data preparation. For successful analysis, filter noise, handle missing values, and normalize data. The data is loaded into a CNN model to extract significant features and patterns after preprocessing. Spending habits, abnormalities, and financial predictions are identified using CNN's design, which can recognize detailed patterns in big datasets. Deep learning allows the system to give accurate and complex financial insights. Its main feature is its capacity to provide individualized financial suggestions based on CNN research. The system may recommend ways to save money, cut wasteful spending, and reach financial objectives by analyzing the user's financial data. The system may suggest cooking more at home if excessive eating out expenditure is found. High-Interest debt may signify debt consolidation. A user-friendly interface makes these insights and suggestions easy to understand. The mobile or online interface displays expenditure patterns, warnings, and personalized financial advice. This makes data interpretation and financial well-being improvement easy. Combining IoT with CNN improves financial insights and gives consumers real-time, actionable data.
