A Novel Pulsing Technique for Synaptic Weight Updates in Memristor Crossbar Arrays
With the escalating integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in contemporary technology, optimizing AI algorithm performance is becoming crucial. In this scenario, neuromorphic computing has emerged as a transformative frontier. Inspired by the human brain, neuromorphic computing aims to replicate biological neural networks, creating systems that process information in ways similar to the human brain with a high degree of efficiency. The target of this study is to present the design of novel pulsing technique for energy-efficient synaptic weight updates of a Memristor-based Crossbar Array Circuit for Neuromorphic Architectures.
