Analysis of Classroom Management Strategies for Teachers of High School Information Technology Courses
This paper explores the differences between senior teachers and intern teachers in high school information technology classroom management through video analysis and NVivo coding analysis. It was found that senior teachers paid more attention to student participation, emotional needs, classroom order, and individualized needs and flexibly used task-driven and tiered teaching strategies. In contrast, intern teachers focused on rule and order management with less classroom interaction. The results suggest that senior teachers are more flexible in their management and can effectively enhance the classroom atmosphere and student learning. Finally, it is recommended that teacher training should enhance emotional communication, student participation, and the application of teaching resources.
