Generative AI Adoption in Enterprise: A Comprehensive Case Study Analysis of Implementation Strategies and Outcomes Across Diverse Sectors
This research examines the adoption of Generative AI across sectors such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and retail, focusing on strategies, outcomes, and challenges. Using a multiple case study approach, primary data was gathered through surveys and interviews, while secondary data was sourced from industry reports. Statistical analysis, including descriptive and inferential methods, identified key patterns and factors influencing successful AI implementation.Healthcare and finance sectors showed the highest adoption rates, benefiting from improved diagnostic accuracy and fraud detection, respectively. Manufacturing saw increased efficiency, while retail experienced enhanced customer engagement. However, challenges such as high costs, data privacy concerns, and integration with legacy systems persist. The findings highlight the varying impacts of AI adoption across sectors and suggest the need for future research into sector-specific implementation strategies to overcome these challenges. The study offers critical insights into the evolving role of AI in enhancing operational efficiency across industries.
