Investigation of Ceramic Bearing Systems with an Intelligent Measuring System Using Statistics and Machine Learning
The paper examines the application of an intelligent measurement system to measure and analyze the rotational force of ceramic bearings used in fluid throttling systems. In order to function correctly, ceramic bearings must be machined correctly – to have a bearing surface that ensures a secure closure at the relevant fluid throttling specification, and to be able to rotate with little force. Measurements and analysis have been made and results have been generated that help control and optimize the bearing surface treatment of ceramic water-throttling bearings. Conclusions have been made for specific ceramic bearing systems used for water throttling.
