Leadership Role in Aligning Values and Strategic Operations

This paper aims to examine the importance of leadership in both the development and implementation of strategy by reviewing existing literature. The findings suggest that leadership serves as a vital link between an organization's core values and its operational structure. For strategies to be effectively executed, leaders must find a balance in their approach—being strong without being overbearing, kind yet resolute, humble but confident, proud without arrogance, and humorous without being reckless.
