INFLUENCE OF THE ADAPTATION PROCESS ON BLOOD INDICATORS OF RAINBOW TROUT
The object of the study was 30 one-year-old rainbow trout. The objective is to study the effect of the adaptation process on the indices of red and white blood of rainbow trout when they are grown in a closed water supply system. The work examined the cellular composition of the blood, the structure of the leukocyte formula against the background of adaptation. The studies were conducted during the period of changing the habitat in a pool-type aquaculture in the open air to RAS installations. Rainbow trout weighing 0.5 kg, grown in pools in the open air, were transferred to a new habitat in a mini RAS in heated rooms. To assess the process, the calculated leukocyte indices of Breddeck, Krebs, Garkavi were used. Hematological studies were carried out using standardized methods. Identification of leukocyte cells was carried out according to N.T. Ivanova on a Keyence VHX 1000E microscope. The results of the studies showed that during the adaptation period, erythropoiesis and leukopoiesis were activated, which was expressed in an increase in the content of erythrocytes and leukocytes. The rheological properties of the blood did not change significantly after a month-long adaptation period. In the structure of the leukocyte formula, there were changes in the ratios of functionally different white blood cells against the background of adaptation, which was expressed in an increase in the proportion of lymphocytes against the background of a decrease in the proportion of neutrophils, monocytes and pseudoeosinophils. The Breddeck and Garkavi indices calculated on the basis of the obtained data showed a tendency to increase, which indicates an increase in the level of non-specific resistance of the organism and the adaptive plasticity of trout. The results of the studies showed that a month-long adaptation period with a change in the conditions of the fish's habitat is quite sufficient for rainbow trout, since all its physiological indicators returned to normal during this time.
