PENGARUH DAYA JUANG, EKSPEKTASI PENDAPATAN, DAN FAKTOR DEMOGRAFI TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to examine (1) the influence of adversity quotient on students' entrepreneurial intention; (2) the influence of income expectation on students' entrepreneurial intention; (3) the influence of demographic factors on students' entrepreneurial intention; (4) the influence of adversity quotient, income expectation, and demographic factors on students' entrepreneurial intention. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a survey research design. The population in this study consist of student from FKIP UNS class of 2020-2021. The sample are 247 students using combined sampling technique, namely purposive sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection technique utilized a questionnaire. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant influence of adversity quotient on students' entrepreneurial intention, with t<sub>value</sub> 2.200 > 1.969 and sig. < 0.05; (2) there is a significant influence of income expectation on students' entrepreneurial intention, with t<sub>value</sub> 2.006 > 1.969 and sig. < 0.05; (3) there is a significant influence of demographic factors on students' entrepreneurial intention, with t<sub>value</sub> 3.586 > 1.969 and sig. < 0.05; (4) there is a significant influence of adversity quotient, income expectation, and demographic factors on students' entrepreneurial intention, with F<sub>value</sub> 9.945 > 2.64, and sig. < 0.05.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Adversity Quotient, Income Expectation, Demographic Factors, Entrepreneurial Intention.<strong></strong></em></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh daya juang terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa; (2) pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa; (3) pengaruh faktor demografi terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa; (4) pengaruh daya juang, ekspektasi pendapatan, dan faktor demografi terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa FKIP UNS angkatan 2020-2021. Sampel yang diambil 247 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik <em>combined sampling</em>, yaitu <em>purposive sampling</em> dan <em>proportionate stratified random sampling</em>. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan daya juang terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, dengan hasil t<sub>hitung</sub> 2.200 > 1.969 dan nilai <em>sig</em>. < 0,05; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, dengan hasil t<sub>hitung</sub> 2.006 > 1.969 dan nilai <em>sig</em>. < 0,05; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan faktor demografi terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, dengan hasil t<sub>hitung</sub> 3.586 > 1.969 dan nilai <em>sig</em>. < 0,05; (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan daya juang, ekspektasi pendapatan, dan faktor demografi terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, dengan hasil F<sub>hitung</sub> 9.945 > 2.64, dan nilai <em>sig</em>. < 0.05.</p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> Daya Juang, Ekspektasi Pendapatan, Faktor Demografi, Intensi Berwirausaha.
