Exploring the Practical Path of Co-constructing the Public Health Governance System of "One Belt, One Road"

The new crown epidemic has triggered people to think about the global governance of international public health security, and global public health governance needs to be strengthened urgently. The "Healthy Silk Road" is an important public product provided by China to deepen the global public health governance, and it can be used as a hand to improve the public health governance system and governance capacity of the "Belt and Road" and promote the construction of a community of health for mankind. Specifically, efforts can be made in the following areas: accelerating the construction of the "Healthy Silk Road"; calling on the "Belt and Road" co-construction countries to fulfil their main responsibilities in public health governance; improving the global public health governance mechanism with the World Health Organization as the core; giving full play to China's role as a responsible great power; and safeguarding the role of the "Belt and Road" as an important public product. The role of China as a responsible great power; safeguarding the safe and orderly economic and social development of the "Belt and Road" countries; and striving for international discourse power.
