现代大学书院作为一种创新型组织，是注重学生价值塑造和人格养成的基地，也是高校育人使命的价值回归和理念重塑。从组织理论的视角出发，以清华大学五大强基书院为例，现代大学书院推动拔尖创新人才培养的突出作用体现在四个方面：书院的育人目标和非制度化的激励手段引领书院师生追求卓越与创新；书院通过开放的组织边界协调优质资源共育拔尖创新人才；书院将生活空间向文化教育空间拓展，并开展高质量的通识课程，提高培养拔尖创新人才的育人成效；书院营造卓越的组织文化规范拔尖创新人才的价值观。As an innovative organization, modern university academies are a base that emphasizes the shaping of students’ values and personality, as well as the value return and conceptual reshaping of the mission of educating students in universities. From the perspective of organizational theory, taking the five strong foundation colleges of Tsinghua University as an example, the prominent role of modern university colleges in promoting the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is reflected in four aspects: the educational goals of colleges and non-institutionalized incentive methods lead teachers and students of colleges to pursue excellence and innovation; The academy coordinates high-quality resources through open organizational boundaries to jointly cultivate outstanding innovative talents; The academy will expand its living space into cultural and educational space, and carry out high-quality general education courses to enhance the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
