Data Mining Techniques for Customer Behavior Analysis in E-Commerce
The world is overwhelmed with scientific, financial, mathematical, geographic, employment, and other data. Due to the massive increase in data and network spread, manually evaluating or summarizing this data is impossible. Data mining uses many tools and approaches to extract information, instructions, and patterns from large amounts of data. Because there are many types of data in a database, each with its own mining methods, it is crucial to choose important approaches to mine the database. This study paper will investigate customer behavior, which may be used in retail, medicine, internet shopping, and more. We analyze customer behavior using market industry data. Traditional data mining works for behavior analysis. This article aims to identify customer behavior, psychological state, and purchasing decision-making, then determine how much data mining can improve the traditional way. Association rules are used to find customer rules for bought data in shops or organizations. Then the rule may be utilized for online buying, medical, etc.
