AI-Powered Mental Health Tracking With Smartwatch Integration for Instantaneous Stress Assessment and Assistance
Mental health concerns are a global issue affecting individuals of all ages, particularly students and working professionals. This study focuses on developing a mental health app that offers self-assessment, mental health news, integration with Google APIs for health tracking, and access to helplines. The app also sends real-time health data to a backend AI model, predicting future health issues based on it. By using machine learning algorithms like Random Forest and Gradient Boosting, we provide accurate mental health monitoring and suggestions for improvement. The app’s goal is to deliver personalized and scalable mental health care through technology. The findings demonstrate the need for accessible mental health solutions, and future work may include biometric data integration for better predictions.
