AI – Driven Mobile Platform for Student Career Planning Integrating Real Time Market
In an era of change in education and employment, students continue to struggle with informed career decisions as a result of a lack of personalized options. This article has presented a personalized career recommendation mobile application that utilizes AI to provide personalized career recommendations through Support Vector Machines (SVM) and real time labour market data. The mobile application distinguishes itself from similar career counseling tools in its combination of user profiling, skill mapping, labour market trend data, and NLP information exchange to give timely, data-informed recommendations for career direction. The system also provides user options for mentorship programs, adaptive feedback, and exams resource database. The experimental evaluations verified the model training on a sample of 1,000 student profiles demonstrated an operational career prediction accuracy rate of 89.2% and 92% of the users affirming they were satisfied with the system. These findings suggest that the system represents a meaningful advance in automated career guidance technology, particularly in personalised and adaptable to the changing labour market.
