TECNOLOGIAS EMERGENTES NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL BRASILEIRA

This article presents a detailed analysis of emerging technologies applied in Brazilian civil construction, highlighting advances that directly affect quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency of projects. The investigation was conducted through a qualitative literature review, considering publications between 2015 and 2024, focusing on digital systems, innovative materials, and industrialized processes. The results demonstrated that methodologies such as Building Information Modeling and Lean Construction, combined with three dimensional scanners and smart sensors, promote significant improvements in planning and execution, reducing waste and ensuring greater technical compliance. It was also found that the use of bioconcrete, advanced composites, and industrialized systems such as drywall contributes to more durable, safer, and environmentally compliant constructions. Discussions reinforce that the integration between digital tools and smart materials establishes a new paradigm in the sector, requiring qualified professionals and collaborative management. It is concluded that adopting these innovations represents a consolidated path to modernizing Brazilian civil construction and generating greater added value to buildings.
