INDICATORS OF PHYSICAL WORKING CAPACITY AND FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF STUDENTS OF THE MILITARY DEPARTMENT WHEN USING VARIOUS PROGRAM METHODS OF PHYSICAL TRAINING

The article presents the results of a study of the infl uence of various program methods of physical training on the functional state and physical fi tness of students of the military department. In the course of the study, two groups were formed: an experimental group in which students were engaged in physical training as part of initial military training, and a control group in which students were trained according to a standard general physical training program for higher education institutions. The results showed that the introduction of the military model of initial physical training contributes to an increase in the level of physical fi tness of students, however, it leads to stress on individual functional systems and a certain decrease in compensatory and adaptive reserves of the body.
