FORMATION OF TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE IN CONDITIONS OF EDUCATION MODERNIZATION

The authors of the article present the results of experimental work on the formation of professional competence of students studying in the fi eld of training Pedagogical education, profi le «Physical education» based on the developed algorithms. In the process of mastering the educational program of higher education, students master the basics of the profession in classroom and extracurricular activities, a young teacher who has begun his career constantly improves his level of professionalism, repeating each time certain stages of professional self-development, but in a new capacity.
