Effect of germanium substitution on the structure and ionic conductivity of the hexagonal perovskite derivative compound Ba3WVO8.5
A series of hexagonal perovskite derivative compounds Ba 3 WV 1− x Ge x O 8.5− x /2 ( x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3) were synthesized using a solid-state reaction route and characterized by powder XRD, SEM-EDX and dielectric spectroscopy.
