The Preparation of Ta4C3 flexible substrate and SERS performance
Two-dimensional MXene materials are another important two-dimensional material that has attracted much attention after graphene. MXene has triggered a wide range of research interests and explorations due to its excellent metallic conductivity, good hydrophilicity, and excellent flexibility. Flexible sensors were prepared by adsorbing Ta4C3 nanosheets onto experimental filter paper using the immersion method. The flexible sensor can measure the Raman signals of R6G, CV and MB organic dye molecules with the lowest detection limits of 10-6 M, 10-5 M and 10-5 M, respectively, and has good homogeneity and time stability, which can be applied to the detection of samples on complex and irregular surfaces.
