DIGITAL NEORHETORIC THEORY

The paper presents a program for studying pragmatically oriented digital discourses in connection with neo-rhetorical and digital competencies of the subject of speech activity. The article highlights the linguistic and rhetorical features of the new texture of speech activity - non-oral and non-written electronic discourse.
