Pembumian Matlamat Pengajaran Kemahiran Al-Quran Masa Hadapan di Institusi Pengajian Tinggi (Anchoring the Future of Quranic Skills Education in Higher Learning Institutions)

Quranic education has seen rapid growth worldwide, both formally and informally, in parallel with the passage of time. At the higher education level, the teaching and learning of the Quran aim to influence the educational systems employed by lecturers, guiding them to educate students towards holistic development. T his study aims to design and develop the components and content of the objectives for teaching Qur'anic skills, specifically in the context of Quranic recitation. This initiative is intended to serve as an alternative guide for instructors of Quranic recitation courses at future institutions of higher learning (HEIs). The study employs a dual-method Design and Development Research (DDR) approach, focusing on the design and development phases. During the design phase, qualitative methods were used to collect data through expert interviews with course implementers, focusing on the components and initial objectives of taranum (Quranic melody) teaching. A thematic analysis of the interview data was then conducted to generate relevant themes and categories, which underpin the design content. Furthermore, research highlights were carried out to support the design content. In the development phase, quantitative methods were employed through the distribution of questionnaires to selected field experts to obtain their consensus. The Fuzzy Delphi method was applied, involving the processes of Triangular Fuzzy Numbers and Defuzzification. The threshold value (d) was required to be equal to or less than 0.2, and the percentage of expert consensus needed to exceed 75%. Additionally, the value of -cut in the Defuzzification process had to exceed 0.5. In conclusion, defining the essential components and objectives for teaching taranum recitation skills is crucial for preserving the philosophy of taranum learning. This effort represents an evolution in educational paradigms and contributes to the development of a systematic andragogical model. This aligns with the objective of enhancing the teaching capabilities of Quranic recitation instructors in accordance with the advancement of global educational technology.
