The text is a record of the congratulatory speech to the participants in the International Conference dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the rediscovery of the Codex Suprasliensis by Fr. Michał Bobrovki, the millennium since the creation of the monument and 5 centuries since its arrival in Supraśl. The Ambassador emphasized the exceptional importance of the book as evidence of the highly developed graphic culture in the Bulgarian lands at the end of the 10th century and as a literary monument, part not only of the Bulgarian but also of the world’s cultural heritage. She thanked everyone who contributed to the organization of the anniversary year, marked by numerous events and held under the patronage of the President of Poland Andrzej Duda and with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Bulgaria.
