Transformación digital y riesgos financieros con Lenguaje natural
Digital transformation has emerged as a structural factor in modern financial risk management, redefining traditional methodologies through the incorporation of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and natural language processing. This study conducts a bibliometric and semantic analysis of a corpus of 836 documents extracted from the Scopus database, with the aim of identifying thematic patterns, emerging topics, and trends in academic literature. To this end, visualization tools such as Pharos-Natural and topic models were applied, allowing five relevant conceptual groupings to be identified: risk automation, institutional resilience, fintech, digital governance, and cybersecurity. The results show a sustained growth of the term “digital” as the central theme of recent research, as well as a thematic concentration around artificial intelligence as the predominant technological core. Likewise, theoretical gaps are detected in the ethical, social, and regulatory impacts of the phenomenon, suggesting that the research agenda is still under construction. The article concludes by highlighting the need for integrative analytical frameworks that combine operational efficiency with institutional sustainability, in order to ensure that digital transformation in financial environments does not become a source of systemic vulnerability, but rather a path toward stability and inclusion.
