Review about Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from burn infections in Al-Najaf Province
Burns result in tissue damage to the dermis. The majority of burns occur accidentally, with severity varying from moderate to severe. A medical practitioner evaluates the severity of a burn by examining its size and the extent of skin involvement. The agony of unaddressed burns may be excruciating. The association of many antibiotic-resistant bacteria with burn disorders highlights the antibacterial properties of Pseudomonas fluorescens filtrate against bacteria isolated from burn patients. Patients may encounter future hazards from these bacteria. This nosocomial infection The transmission of hospital-acquired bacteria (HIA) to burn patients may occur during several invasive and noninvasive procedures. The prompt identification of microbial infections and assessment of drug resistance are essential for averting future difficulties and guaranteeing the proper delivery of antibiotic treatment. Currently, the majority of hospital-acquired burn infections are attributed to bacteria that have gained resistance to one or more antimicrobial agents employed in their treatment.
