The population in this study is all active employees of Two K Azana Style Hotel Bengkulu, consisting of permanent and contract employees, totaling 25 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire structured in the form of a five-point Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this research are (1) classical assumption tests, namely data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, (2) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, (3) model accuracy test using the F test, (4) and hypothesis test using the T Statistical Test. The analysis results show that overall, eleven dimensions of Talent Management have a significant impact on employee performance at Two K Azana Style Hotel Bengkulu. The partial test (t) shows that only two variables have a significant influence: Employee Experience (X7) with p = 0.033 and Change Management (X8) with p < 0.05, while the other nine dimensions are not significant (p > 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.613 (Adjusted R² = 0.480) indicates that 61.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the model, while the remaining 38.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
