Improvement in the evaluation of teaching performance through the tool of ‘CVR exploration’.
This study aims to enhance the validity and practicality of university lecture evaluation tools by refining evaluation items using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR). To achieve this goal, a three-round Delphi survey was conducted with ten educational experts from the university. In the first round, the appropriateness and diagnostic value of each evaluation item were assessed using a 5-point Likert scale and two open-ended questions. In the second and third rounds, revised items were re-evaluated based on feedback. As a result, a set of lecture evaluation items with verified content validity was selected through expert consensus and CVR analysis, contributing to the improvement of reliability and structure in lecture evaluation criteria.
