GENERAL ASPECTS OF CADASTRAL WORKS IN RELATION TO LAND PLOTS

The article examines and describes the issues of cadastral works for land plots. The stages of cadastral works have been established. The authors propose four stages of cadastral work for consideration, starting with the conclusion of the contract and ending with the processing of the results obtained and the preparation of documents: the boundary plan. The role of such work in updating the information of the Unified State Register of Real Estate was highlighted, as well as the fact that providing accurate and up-to-date information on land plots is the basis for building effective land management.
