Analysis of Research Hotspots in the Field of Nursing for Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome in China Based on Bibliometrics

目的：检索卵巢过度刺激综合征护理领域的相关文献，分析当前的研究热点、研究现状及发展趋势。方法：检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库与卵巢过度刺激综合征护理相关的文献，时间限定为自建库以来至2024年11月，利用NoteExpress4.1软件剔除重复文献后导出Refworks格式，使用CiteSpace (6.3.R1版本)软件对纳入文献的作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果：共纳入文献448篇，发文量在2000~2012年呈现上升趋势，在2012年~2024年呈下降趋势，其中2012年的发文量最高，达到37篇；其中发文量最多的作者是欧阳雪(5篇)，发文量在2篇以上的作者有丘彦、周永芳，刘淑文等。文献来自194家机构，其中发文量最多的机构为四川大学华西第二医院，发文量为7篇。近年来，相关文献的研究热点向护理干预及心理护理等方面过渡，护理现状主要集中于中医护理、抑郁、心理护理等方面。结论：护理工作人员应重点关注可能会发生卵巢过度刺激综合征的人群，提前做好预防措施。有关卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的相关护理文献发文机构间的合作较少，应加强多机构间的合作，未来更加关注卵巢过度刺激综合征的预后情况。Objective to retrieve relevant literature on the field of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) nursing, and analyze the current research hotspots and status. Methods: Literature related to OHSS nursing was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and China Biomedical Literature Database from 2000 to November 2024. CiteSpace software was used for analysis. Results: A total of 448 articles were included. The number of publications increased from 2000 to 2012 and then decreased from 2012 to 2024. The articles were from 194 institutions, with the highest number of publications in 2012, reaching 37. The institution with the most publications was West China Second University Hospital of Sichuan University, with 7 articles. The research hotspots included nursing intervention, psychological care, traditional Chinese medicine nursing, depression, and psychological care. Conclusion: In the field of OHSS nursing, the cooperation among institutions is relatively loose, lacking systematicness and coordination, and a good cooperative relationship has not been formed. It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among different institutions, and in the future, more attention should be paid to the prognosis of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
