Role Reconstruction and Capacity Building of Editors in the Digital-Intelligent Era

随着数智技术的持续演进，以生成式人工智能为代表的技术力量全面渗透出版流程，出版行业正经历着一场深层次、全方位的系统性变革。本文基于“技术嵌入理论”，系统分析数智技术对出版行业的影响机制，探讨技术如何以规则、平台和系统的形式重构出版生态。编辑作为内容价值链的中枢角色，面临职业边界模糊、技术适应滞后、认知思维更新不足等现实挑战。研究从技术嵌入的视角出发，提出编辑能力结构的重构方向，并从教育、行业与个体三个层面探讨复合型编辑人才的能力建构路径，旨在为出版行业的高质量转型提供理论支撑与实践指导。With the continuous advancement of digital-intelligent technologies, represented by generative artificial intelligence, technological forces are comprehensively penetrating the publishing process, driving the industry through a profound and all-encompassing systemic transformation. Grounded in the “Technology Embeddedness Theory,” this paper systematically analyzes the mechanisms through which digital-intelligent technologies reshape the publishing ecosystem, examining how technology redefines the industry as rules, platforms, and systems. As central figures in the content value chain, editors face practical challenges such as blurred professional boundaries, lagging technological adaptation, and insufficient cognitive renewal. From the perspective of technology embeddedness, this study proposes a reconstructed framework for editorial competencies and explores pathways for cultivating interdisciplinary editorial talent from educational, industrial, and individual dimensions. The research aims to provide theoretical and practical insights for the high-quality transformation of the publishing industry.
