Biomineralized metal–organic frameworks targeting collagen for suppression of myocardial fibrosis and enhancement of cardiac function

A novel NH 2 -UiO-66@Cur@PCM delivery system was constructed. In vivo experiments show that the nanoparticles can effectively inhibit the process of myocardial fibrosis, highlighting the potential of MOF in cardiovascular diseases.
