Research on the Pathways for Social Organizations to Assist the Digital Employment of the Disabled

本文探讨了数字技术赋能背景下，社会组织在促进残疾人就业中的作用及其面临的结构性困境，并提出了应对策略。文章分析了当前残疾人就业现状和数字时代残疾人群体面临的数字融入困境，指出社会组织在残疾人就业服务中存在服务同质化、专业化能力不足、资源整合碎片化、政策依赖性等问题。针对这些问题，文章提出社会组织应与企业、政府和公民社会深度协同，旨在通过制度重构与技术赋能，推动残疾人就业创新，实现从帮扶到参与的转变，推动社会组织在数字经济浪潮中实现可持续发展。This article explores the role of social organizations in promoting disabled employment and their structural challenges in the context of digital technology empowerment, and presents relevant strategies. It analyzes the current disabled employment situation and the digital inclusion dilemmas faced by disabled groups in the digital era. It is pointed out that social organizations have several problems in their employment services for the disabled, such as homogeneous services, insufficient professional capabilities, fragmented resource integration, and policy dependence. In response to these problems, the article suggests that social organizations should deeply collaborate with enterprises, governments, and civil societies. Aiming to promote disabled employment innovation through institutional restructuring and technology empowerment. And it also aims to shift the role of disabled people from being assisted to active participants, driving sustainable development of social organizations in the digital economy.
