Dig deeper into the obstacles it faces in terms of customer acquisition costs, homogeneous competition, operational depth, and trust building, based on this foundation, this paper proposes a value-driven precision operation strategy, builds a global ecological closed-loop architecture, enhances data empowerment and differentiated competition, deepens supply chain integration and technology application, and other key development steps, hoping to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for e-commerce platforms and related enterprises, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of membership-based e-commerce in the Chinese market.
