A Multi-Center Prospective Study on Post-Vaccination Humoral Response to SARS-CoV-2 in Polish Long-Term Care Facility Residents: Associations with COVID-19 Clinical Course and Comorbidities
Our findings suggest that vaccination positively influences antibody responses, underscoring the importance of immunization among LTCF residents. Additionally, certain comorbidities-such as degenerative joint disease and diabetes-showed weak correlations with higher antibody levels. This study provides valuable insights into the humoral immune response to COVID-19 in vulnerable populations residing in LTCFs.
