Adaptive convolutional time series evaluation for attack behavior postures
In the rapidly evolving landscape of the Internet of Things (IoT), ensuring robust network security is crucial. This paper presents a novel method for assessing the network security situation in IoT environments by leveraging Auxiliary Classifier Generative Adversarial Networks and Adaptive Convolutional Time Series network architectures. This architecture integrates time-adaptive convolutional modules with a dynamic weighting mechanism to enhance the model's sensitivity to temporal patterns in network traffic. Such adaptation enables a detailed analysis of attack behaviors, capturing the nuances of threats and providing a solid framework for their identification and classification. The model delivers an exceptionally accurate method for threat detection and classification. Experiments have confirmed the model's ability to detect network attacks and precisely quantify network security situations.
