Deep learning-driven intelligent production optimization and high-quality development strategies for manufacturing enterprises

In the era of digital development, manufacturing enterprises based on intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, production capacity and market competition are facing new opportunities or challenges. This paper focuses on the impact of government support on the development of high-value manufacturing and highlights the application forms of advanced technologies such as digital twins, edge computing, and industrial Internet of Things. Based on government support, factories can improve the level of mechanical automation, data processing and overall system synergy. Through edge computing technology, the data processing logic can be moved down and out of the cloud to carry out real-time processing of the current data of the equipment, production monitoring and other behaviors, which helps to improve productivity and reduce the incidence of machine failures. Through digital twin technology, it is possible to establish links between physical and virtual models to optimize production management decisions and resource allocation. This paper proposes a combination of government support and technological progress to help enterprises continue to respond to and challenge the existing market in order to optimize the enterprise continuously.
