Research on the application of AI in blended teaching reform of Chinese and Western pastry culinary arts courses under the OBE framework

This paper discusses the application of AI technology in the blended teaching reform of Chinese and Western pastry culinary technology courses under the background of OBE (Outcome-Based Education) educational concept. By constructing a mixed teaching mode based on OBE concept and AI technology, the research can improve the teaching quality and cultivate students' innovative and practical abilities. The research adopts a multi-dimensional research method system, including literature analysis, Delphi expert consultation and experimental comparison. Through the industry demand analysis, the graduation requirements are clarified, the course objectives are dismantled and the ability modules are designed, and the AI technology support points are matched to ensure that the teaching content is closely integrated with the industry development. The experimental results show that the experimental group is significantly better than the control group in the accuracy of practical operation, the number of creative works and the theoretical test results. The application of AI technology effectively enhances students' preview efficiency, operation accuracy and innovation ability, and provides new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of Chinese and Western pastry culinary.
