Design of fault diagnosis module based on automotive open system architecture
In order to improve the reusability and portability of the program, through the emergence of automotive open system architecture (Automotive Open System Architecture, AUTOSAR) and the real-time and accuracy requirements of fault diagnosis technology in the development of automotive electronic technology, the fault diagnosis module design is taken as an example. The diagnostic event manager module (Diagnostics Event Manager, DEM) in the fault diagnosis module is mainly used, and the counter-based Debounce filter is selected to confirm the fault status. The research results show that we can judge whether there is a fault in time and record the correct fault information. It can be seen that the fault diagnosis technology monitors the state of each part of the vehicle in real time during the vehicle operation, which effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of the fault diagnosis.
