Exploration of the application of electronic fences driven by computer algorithms in industrial safety
In view of the time delay and low detection rate of manual inspections in traditional industrial production, this paper applies electronic fence technology based on computer algorithms, aiming to improve industrial safety through precise positioning and real-time monitoring. In terms of methods, this paper first uses sensor networks to collect environmental data and monitor the dynamic changes of factory areas in real-time; then, the SVM (Support Vector Machine) algorithm is used to analyze personnel behavior patterns and abnormal activities to identify potential risks; finally, combined with edge computing technology, the immediacy of data processing and response is achieved to ensure the efficiency of the safety warning system. The results show that the data acquisition delay is 200ms within 0-24 hours and is reduced to 180ms within 24-48 hours, and the average accuracy of behavior pattern recognition reaches 92.26%. The proposed electronic fence system significantly reduces the incidence of industrial safety accidents in practical applications and improves the intelligent level of safety management. Therefore, this technology not only improves the safety of industrial sites, but also provides a feasible solution for the construction of intelligent factories.
