An automatic executable method of the power restoration regulations

The implementation method of automatic execution of traditional power grid fault regulations is generally to solidify its complex operation logic in the program code through a carefully designed process. The design process is time-consuming, labor-intensive, the code readability is poor, and it is difficult to update. The handling of more complex situations, such as power restoration decisions, often relies on experienced personnel. Timeliness cannot be guaranteed. This paper proposes an automatic executable method of the power restoration regulations based on knowledge graph and rules, utilizing existing production rule engines with good code readability, making it easy to update and maintain. Specifically, this article proposes the design of a knowledge graph for the restoration regulations and the process of constructing a corresponding knowledge graph for the restoration rules, which addresses the challenges posed by priority and complex entities between restoration rules in the restoration regulations; Secondly, a reliable reasoning method based on strict adherence to the restoration rules in the implementation of restoration decision-making using a production system was proposed, especially an automatic transformation algorithm from restoration knowledge graph to production rules. The experiment shows that this method can meet practical needs in terms of operational efficiency, strict adherence to regulations for power restoration decision-making, and ease of updating and maintenance.
