Three-dimensional visualization system for frame structures based on digital twin

This paper develops a three-dimensional visualization system for frame structures based on digital twin technology. By integrating finite element analysis results with 3D visualization techniques, the system enables real-time rendering of dynamic deformation and stress distribution of frame structures under various working conditions. The system utilizes Unity 3D as the visualization platform, reconstructing the 3D model of the structure by parsing mesh data generated from finite element analysis and employing cloud map rendering techniques to intuitively display changes in mechanical responses. Experimental results demonstrate that the system significantly enhances the visualization of finite element analysis results, providing robust technical support for the engineering design, optimization, and mechanical behavior research of frame structures.
