Research on platform door switch faults under high-density driving conditions

During the 100-second train operation test on Shanghai Metro Line 10, multiple single-door faults occurred in the platform door system. To investigate the specific causes of platform door failures, the on-site structural conditions of the platform doors were inspected, and relevant data from the train operation test were collected. Through in-depth analysis of the platform door closing failure phenomena and measured data, the key factors affecting the sliding door switch faults were essentially grasped, and targeted fault solutions were proposed accordingly.
