Complexity, Sense and Ritual Behavior
In this contribution we deal with the problem of the reduction of complexity from the point of view of social sciences and consequently the notion of “sense” for the human being who lives in a society that is developing faster and faster. Despite the growing social complexity, we see how the search for the sense of life remains strongly anchored to the religious dimension and in general to the rituals that are biologically part of the human being in social practices.
