Research on health management of distributed air conditioning systems based on thermo-electric fault coupling
Research was conducted on fault diagnosis methods for the coupling of thermal and electrical faults in distributed air-conditioning systems, and relevant fault diagnosis models were constructed. Utilizing expert system technology that couples electrical and thermal faults, fault detection was performed for various faults in distributed air-conditioning systems, including inverter faults, fan faults, communication faults, controller faults, supply air temperature and humidity sensor faults, air volume sensor faults, heat exchanger control valve faults, and fresh air valve faults, using signal-based fault detection methods. For faults such as heat exchanger fouling and air duct blockage, as well as abnormal air volume faults in terminal devices, fault diagnosis models were established using fault detection methods based on Random Forest for fault detection. Experimental results demonstrate that this fault detection model can effectively diagnose coupled faults.
