Design of a wheeled-arm integrated robot based on microcontroller
This text describes the design of a wheeled-arm fusion robot based on a microcontroller. The robot consists of a smart car and a robotic arm. The control system uses an Arduino microcontroller as the core processor. It uses a color recognition module to determine the material category, an infrared tracking and obstacle avoidance module for positioning and navigation, and four servo motors coordinated to perform the specified actions of the robotic arm to grasp materials. The robot can also distinguish different tracking lines and deliver the materials to the corresponding unloading location based on the material category, achieving automatic material sorting and storage. Testing has verified that this wheeled-arm fusion robot can autonomously complete material classification, grasping, transportation, and delivery tasks.
