Analysis of the influence of corrosion defects on the stress distribution of the split pin of transmission line
According to the stress characteristics of the split pin in the transmission line, a simplified model of the split pin-screw assembly is established, and the contact stress of the pin drawing process is calculated by the finite element numerical analysis method. The results show that the stress concentration area is mainly distributed in the contact area between the hole and the pin of the split pin. The greater the pulling force, the greater the contact stress. The calculation results can lay a certain research foundation for the prediction of closing pin shedding and failure damage of transmission lines, and provide some valuable decision support for power grid departments and construction sites.
