Performance study of high sensitivity distributed FBG temperature sensor based on vacuum dispensing technology

In order to achieve multi-point and large-area distributed temperature detection in a vacuum environment, a FBG temperature sensor was designed using vacuum dispensing technology (VDT) to fill the grating area of Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) with SDGD414 colloid, while using indium steel material as the protective shell. Through experiments, it was found that the temperature sensitivity of this temperature sensor was 32% higher than that of a bare FBG temperature sensor.
